In the city of North Miami Beach, the gated waterfront neighborhood of Eastern Shores is a boater’s paradise. All of its homes, condos and townhouses are on either the Intracoastal Waterway, a canal or Maule Lake. There are no fixed bridges, so residents’ boats have easy access to the ocean.
The entrance to Eastern Shores is located next to the popular Intracoastal Mall. There are docking facilities for anyone who wants to arrive by water and shop or enjoy a meal.
Housing styles in Easter Shores are divided by 35th Avenue, with single-family homes on the western side and condos and townhouses to the east. The security gate is manned day and night by a North Miami Beach police officer. Eastern Shore is very safe and is known to have a very low crime rate. It also has its own Fire/Rescue station located next to the guardhouse.
